Graced by Grit reminds me of the friends (who truly have grit and courage) that I have who are struggling with ALS disease. Sometimes they know that their words just don't make sense. This encaustic painting has layers of undecipherable asemic writing signifying those words.

CARE OF ARTWORK
Like all fine artwork, encaustic paintings should not be hung in direct sunlight. Filtered sunlight is okay. To clean, dust lightly with a lintfree cloth. Painting may be lightly buffed with the same lint-free cloth to generate a shiny surface area. (example: Tshirt or nylon)
