Image 1 inspired me to explore working with pigments and shellac to replicate the vibrant colors and complex patterns.

  • CARE OF ARTWORK

    Like all fine artwork, encaustic paintings should not be hung in direct sunlight. Filtered sunlight is okay. To clean, dust lightly with a lintfree cloth. Painting may be lightly buffed with the same lint-free cloth to generate a shiny surface area. (example: Tshirt or nylon)
